Default my plant in mellow yellow

hey guys my plants were doin fine until yesterday i water them and i noyice the from the 4 nude my plants are a mellow yellow color but only the big fan leaf and it had some brown color spots on the tips of the blades i am going to post some pics any help welcome and please do so i really need help

okay, give us a few fakts to work with:
-watering
-soil mix
-pots / drainage?!
-pH of soil/water/nutes
-fertilizer
-temperature
-humidity

oh, and do you got tin foil in your grow? if so kick it out right away, but still tell us that too

dude that's fucked up, that looks just like what happened to my little three week old plant

and it only got worse

I do not know was wrong but i think it was over watering because they were doing fine until the day I water them but I check on them yesterday all day long and they actualy grow about 3/4 of a inch they still the same color and I notice it happen only on the 4 nude up to the 6 after that they are doing fine and I have a question why take the foil out you guys think it may be that? cause I really do have some oh and guys thank you very much for the help thats why i love this site because of you allways with help on the way

green nobody I check on everything whe I notice the change on my plants and everything is good the only thing Im not sure is about the nut. I have miracle grow sticks slow release every 30 days for veg stage and I have onother kind that i havent put yet for the flowering stage do you think that may be the problem? like I said before I think it was over watering because they are just fine at lease itr havent spred thru the plant and they grow 3/4 of a inch the new grow do not have this problem but thats only what I think Iam
