Default veg with cfls...

I have a 400w hps light on the way for flowering...but i was wondering...i have 4 23w cool white cfls which i know can be used for veg...but will that be enough? im planning on min 3 plants...max 6 plants in a grow space thats about 5 feet long, 2 feet deep and 4 feet high. should i add in the hps once i get it? i plan to veg for a while too...thanks! oh...and while i would love to get a metal halide lamp too i dont have the extra cash for one...so its not really an option...

you need way more than 4 for 3 plants you need about 3 per plant
