how many 42 watt full spectrum bulbs would i need to get a descent yield off one plant? i want enough light to make the plant stay short and somewhat dense, not long and stretched because im growing in a small space

thanks. but i have one more question...can i use full spectrums throughout the whole grow process(veg. and flowering) and is there any disadvantages to using full spectrum cfl's instead of buying different lights for vegging and flowering?
