how many 42 watt full spectrum bulbs would i need to get a descent yield off one plant? i want enough light to make the plant stay short and somewhat dense, not long and stretched because im growing in a small space

thanks. but i have one more question...can i use full spectrums throughout the whole grow process(veg. and flowering) and is there any disadvantages to using full spectrum cfl's instead of buying different lights for vegging and flowering?

full spectrum i assume is 5000K which is ok for veg but lower is suggested for flowering. generally people use 6500k for veg, 2700k for flowering
