Okay he is the picture updated version of my last thread.
PLEASE feel free to give me some advice!
I need all the help I can get!

Heres my setup:

Two small little plants I have sprouted from bagseeds.
In the morning, around 9am, I place the plants outside on the roof. They get a great amount of sun all day until about 7pm when I take them back in. When i bring them inside, their soil is dry, so I water them again and then place them about 2 inches under a 100watt (I think) compact fluorescent light inside a cardboard box coated with tinfoil. I keep them under that light until about 10pm, then I turn the light off, and keep them in the dark till the next morning.
I've been watering them sparingly about once a day. Making sure the soil keeps a decent moist feel to it.
So far, I feel like I am getting good results... BUT, I am wondering if they should maybe be growing faster than they are...

they look prety healthy to me...

whats the outside temp/inside temp. myself I hate foil. what else oh plants need air movement around them under light. I like to spray or mist is a better word 3 or so times a day but I leave them under cfl's all the time. you might read up up in the faq's there is alot of stuff you can and or need to do to get them weeds to grow.

can anyone tell me if its okay to start giving these guys a little bit of fertilizer? if not, when?

and also, how soon/how can i tell if these are male or female?

i wouldnt feed just yet wait awhile
