so i started flowing about a week ago i had the plants in an aero gro for a couple weeks got board and pulled em out. now i have em in 5 gallon pales with a mix of miracle grow organic and shultz aqautic plant soil with nuetural ph my question is i have 1 female i almost have 400 watts of flows what should i use for nutrients and does anyone think ill see over a ounce shes pushing 3ft already any help would be great ill try to get pictures up asap

mg is ok. not sure about aquatic plant soil. never used or heard of it.
400watts of flows? do you mean florescent lights? if thats the case I would say better lighting will definitely increase your yield.
I just ordered Technaflora Recipe for success kit (technaflora.com) but other good nute brands are Fox Farm (which most swear by) or advanced Nutrients.

cant guess your yield because its basically different from each and every plant given what kind of care they may have. hard to say. just gotta wait it out and be patient.

You just need to read read read. A pic of your setup will get alot more feedback. You shouldnt need to feed much for the first 2 mos. When the leaves start to get lighter then feed untill you know whats going on exactly. WM
