HOW TO PASS A URINE TEST ...part II

Okay guys... I have been researching this for a while and have seen lots of contradictary (sp) opinions...

If you have 5 days....this works ...trust me (smile)

1- work out--get that metobolism up as much as possible
2- drink plenty of water. At least a gallon a day
3- take b2 tablets- between 6-10 a day.... (just makes pee a little more yellow) Don't know if the lab is suspicious of not, but why draw attention to yourself...If you are over weight with clear piss, there is a red flag already)


On the day of the test.....

3-Get some Sure-Gel (looks like a Jello box but is located with canning items)and mix 1 packet with 32 oz bottle of Gatorade
4-Fill 32 oz bottle with water and drink

Wait at least an hour b4 test. You should be fine for 3 hours.
***Only fill cup after you have started peeing and you are towards the end..

This may have been posted b4 , but i just don't want people wasting their money on detox crap if you don't half to....
Also, not sure if all steps are needed, but ...'why ask why' Just do it.

I read where the concentration of THC in urine is highest in the first few drops of urine and the last few, so to be safe, I would fill the jar with the drippings at the end. JMO.
