what lights r good for budding im kinda new at this
about 100w per plant(or more) 2700K cfl's(self ballasted) would be okay. but better yet would be a High Pressure Sodium lamp(requires special ballast).

105 watt clfs put out total lumens of 6,900, so if you are going to use these to flower with you are going to be seriously underpowered, during flowering a plant required at least 10,000 lumens per square foot in order to flower sufficiently but even then they wont be that great a 600w high pressure sodium puts out 92000 lumens, a 400w hps puts out 52,000 lumens these are needed to get great results but if you thinking of stealth then you need to look at a 200w envirolite or cfl to flower with.
You did get the 2700k bit right though jimmy
simple answer - get a 400 watt HPS youl love it.
