Just a few questions

Hey there- it been approx. 33 days from seed and im noticing that my plants are growing differently. i'v read that males usually grow taller and a bit lankier with fewer leaves. if thats true i can definitely see that i have more fems than males. it seems the potential females are sprouting more leaves, while the "males" if they truly are males are just a bit taller with leaves sprouting but much fewer. in general theyre really doing great for my first grow ever. i just added 2 more cfls at 100 watts ea. another question, i had planted seeds from a killer bag of weed. will those seeds produce the same stuff? ive read bad things about bagseeds- but hey ive read good things too. oh yeah one last thing-i only have a 3ft by about 2ft space. i have 7 plants in there in smaller pots,but i really want to transplant into bigger pots. its too late after they start to flower, but i only have room for 6 big pots and i have a total of nine plants. i dont want to chance putting 2 plants in the same pot but i hate to guess which are fems just based on growth in veg state. please help! the first 2 are taken about a week before the second 2. i know you cant tell much but im just posing pics for fun. thanks

Hi Christine. Welcome to the site.
Yes it is true that most male plants grow lankier having more space between nodes and less bushy but at 33 days I doubt you will be able to tell yet. At about 6 weeks you may find some males but you might not until you set the lgiths back to 12/12. It all depends on the plants.

I have always grown from bagseed up until last year and I have been growing for about 16 years now. You may have some awesome strains but the good thing is that you are growing indoors and it is most likely that your strains are from indoor plants.

If I were you I would go ahead and tranplant into bigger pots. The difference it makes is incredible. I have vegged plants for up to 3 months only to find that I have had males BUT I never regret it because all my plants are all healthy.
