I recently acquired two plants from a friend and I am trying to grow them but have a few questions. First off, the two plants i believe have already passed the flowering process. They are about a foot tall and have red hairs growing out of little flowerings i guess you would say. My frist questions is how long does it usually take for the plant to actually start budding?
Secondly, is their an ideal temperature the plants should be in? Im doing 14/10 right now and while the lights are on the temp is usually around 80 degrees but when they are turned off it gets down to low 70's high 60's. Also the humidty im trying to keep around 35-40%. Is that alright?
Now just one more quick question . The plant itself, is it suppose to be moist feeling? Our plant feels kind of dried out and actually has a little yellow showing at the tips of the leaves. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks alot guys

change your lights to 12/12 or they might herminize. 70 to 82 is great, humidity is good at 30 to 45%

Yellowing tips can be caused by over watering or over fertilizing or a mag deficiency. A ph lock-out situation is also possible, but pobally not the case.

Your light schedule is the issue with your red hair change to 12/12 and she will begin really budding. I have done allot of lighting experiments and 14/10 hurts them and they will not fully flower on that type of schedule. They are kinda in a flowering state at 14/10 but are continuing to veg at the same time cause they are getting to long of days.

Bigballing gave you some great advice. I also think you have your terms of vegging and flowering mixed up, you meant to say, passed the vegging stage. If it were passed the flowering stage, you'd be curing yr buds now. lol
Flowering and budding is the same stage=flowering.
Get onto the 12/12 schedule right away.

Alright thanks alot guys. I got one more small question heh. Right now when i water them im using a nutrient solution called B.C. Bloom. Should i check the PH level of the solution to make sure its around 6.5? Or should i just make sure the water i use with it is at 6.5

i do believe that you put the solution and water together then check the ph level, and you want it between 6.3 - 6.8, but im a noob at this too, so you might wanna wait to see if the other guys say thats right. do you have a ph tester ?
