Im a longtime smoker who just recently decided to grow some of my own. Ive researched alot and because of my lack of funds ive had to hold off untill payday. Anyway payday is here ive bought foxfarm soil, ordered seeds, but i cant seem to find a good website for buying lights.. Im looking for a 450 watt hps light.. Does anyone know a website i could get one at for a reasonable price? Your suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

i personaly dont buy anything on the net like that i would go to ur local hydroponics shop

i agree cuts out on info being held as any company online will keep records of every transaction for years. So they will have your details and what you bought

call around to area nurseries/grow shops. I didnt know of any places that sold Metal Halide lights when i was looking to get mine and it turned out there was one less than 20 miles from my house. a greenhouse wholesaler that sells retail too.

i wouldnt advise buying things on the internet because theres a trace back to you if for any weird or unknown reason the feds or someone decides to check out who exactly is buying the equipment. (most likely that will never happen, but its always better to be safe than sorry) I just buy anything i use for my grow with cash!! its the safest method!

Yeah, pre-paid visa.. thats what i been doing... i just ordered 400w for 70 bux thats not bad at all, htgsupply=good prices.. Thanks for all the feed back i might even post some more questions.
