Is it a pain to do 4 plants a month or should I stick to 8 plants every 2 months? What about pot size? If I have an 18 inch plant is a 10inch pot going to be big enough? Following that line of thought, would I get a better yield off 1 plant in a 20 inch pot or 2 plants each in 10 inch pots (room is my biggest factor)
if you want to grow year round - keep clones and put them right into flower so you would be harvesting about every two months. You be harvesting many smaller buds more often. The upside is all females and very consistent since you are using clones. The downside is even a clone is a plant in the eyes of the law.

If you aren't keeping clones, you may want to consider using fem seeds and grow a few big plants a couple of times a year. The upside is with fem seeds you are getting a female most likely and you only need a few plants growing at any one time so may be better legally speaking. The downside is growing from seed takes longer and the grows will be inconsistent (even from the same strain).

my two cents anyway...

Ah this nutes thing sure is a science. So I went out to the hydro store and talked to the guy there. I'm using promix premiere potting and seeding soil (it says to fertalize it on the bag and no hint that it has ferts in the mix). He said not to bother with an organic grow nutes for the veg stage, just use the mineral stuff if it's working for me, which it has been, you don't really smoke the leaves or stems anyways and I'm sure all the mineral nutes would be out of the plant by harvest since I'm switching to organic during flowering. So I decided to go with the botanicare line, but I only bought the pure blend pro bloom. He said I don't need the last one, he said just give em a shot of my super bloom mineral nutes and use this organic bloom stuff the whole way through. What do you guys think of this? As of right now, I bought the stuff and that's the plan unless I get anyone who's got any other advice to add.

And an extra thanks to all you who've spent the time to read all 4 pages of posts
