Im just wondering what R those white dots on my leafs ?

And since its bag seed i have no clue what is the strain,so if you know please tell

it looks like spider mites,
maybe thrips.(tiny winged bugs)
any black specks (feces)?

I was aking Atea if the specks can be wiped off, I don't have the issue atea does, but thank for the info!

the white dots on the leafs apparantly can be whiped off just by your finger tip, i dont really know what the hell R they but there is no sign of any pests ( thank god )
