I think this is ready to harvest but I'm not really sure. Its about two months into flowering and it looks like a little over half of the trichomes have turned amber but in the last week or so it looks like a lot more green is surrounding them.

Cant really tell from the picture, but looks like a lot of white pistils still there, i would say another 2 weeks or so, as this is when the buds really start to fill out.

The best way to tell is to look at the trichs under a scope or loupe, if they are mostly cloudy, with a few amber then your good to go
