Default Sufficient soil mix?, help greatly appreciated
Im probably gonna be smacked with a "its been posted already" but just a quick Q. i planted 7-8 earlier today, just wonderin if a mix of compost and regular soil will supply my seedlings with what they need..help would be awesome, thanks.

yeah. could be ok. have you tested the pH of the soil, now? acceptable range of pH in soil is 6.5-7.5

but more around 6.8-7

depends on what the compost is made of, and how the dirt has been treated in the last decade or so.
