Are these growing to Slow (Pics Included)

Sorry for the quality of the pics all i had was a camera phone at my disposal

Whats up guys, got six bag seed plants growing right now, they are about 3 weeks old from the time they were germinated. They have been on a window sill if not outside to soak up the sun of weather permits. One of them i think has been killed by the wind it was knocked over when i came out and found it and tried to straighten it out cuz it looked like it was still going but saw the bottom leaves today and noticed they were starting to shrivel up, about 4 of them i think are doing fine
The first two are of the one that i think is dead
Well what do ya guys think any feedback is appreciated

they look fine, but like they're not getting direct light. that's why they stretch like that and are then easy to break when wind comes along. the yellow one might still survive - mj's pretty resilient.
