Definitely too hot in there. When the leaves start to crumble like that, it's probably well over 91.

29 C so that's 84 F, get your temps down. No higher then 82 is what I would shoot for and as cool as 78. Never let it get over 85 in there.

Did the lights just come on?

29C is 84.2 degress, thats not as extreme a heat problem as I thought you would have had. All though I like it less.

a couple times i left the cabinet doores shut and it got up to like 38 but only for a lil while. i dont let that happen anymore. only one plant has a few rolled leaves. the other is fine

No, the temps don't look outrageous, but if the lights are real close that can do it too.

Plus where is the temp being read?
I have my temp probe right at the canopy/top of plants.

If its on the floor on top of pot vs top of cab, you can easily get different readings.
