So after 14 days of being in the soil I have new pics of my babies...
I'm hoping to find some people with more experience than me to take a look at my pics and let me know if I'm doing anything wrong or if I'm on the right track n to just keep goin...

Yeah note to everyone whos viewing... the coloring of the leafs is perfect, just the glow of the HPS is tinting it that shade (at first I actually thought I had my camera on that Sepia setting)... I'm only a little concerned by the curling at the edges of some of the leafs

GrnMan yeah, I had them under CFLs for the first week but the CFL's were free hanging and had no reflectors so I was losing a lot of the light and was disappointed with the growth... now that I've had them under the HPS for about a week they have tripled in size! You can check out my grow journal for pics that are about a week earlier to see the size differences

Curling leaves could be from heat. What are your temps like in there?

Usually its 70-77 in there, on hot days it may reach 85 at the highest but I have a backup AC unit I bought about a week ago which I use on those hot days and it keeps it around 75

Are there any other symptoms of heat stress? I'll be able to tell you if others apply

Yea, but none that I can see. I looked at them again and I still don't really see anything wrong with them.

If they were discolored or burnt near the ends, then you should worry.

Given their size do you think I should be transplanting soon? I had been planning on waiting another week or so to transplant them to their final 3 gallon bags.

The curls on some of the leafs couldn't be caused by being root bound could it?
