Ok, I went to lowes yesterday and bought one of those 250 Watt Heat lamps, I\'m sure ya\'ll know what I\'m talking about.

Well I\'ve got some growing outside, but I want to do an indoor one to so I can control it and take care of it like a baby.

But I don\'t know much.

Is the 250 watt heatlamp, the only light I am going to need?

It\'s just one plant, and it\'s in a pretty decent size building that has a small crawl attic in it.

I heard that you water your plants everyday and then I have heard every other day.

Can anybody help me. with the lighting and if it is going to bud since it\'s only one plant.

If i need 2 plants, will one 250 watt heat lamp work?

Sorry to tell you, but that light isn't going to work. Take it back and pick up a bunch of CFL's. Or find a grow shop in your area and by an HID system. Either metal halide or high pressure sodium.

Remember, heat is your enemy so if that light puts off lots of heat, it definitely won't work. Get some fans as well....

Get rid of that heat lamp!! if your veg. go with 8- 27-29watt daylight CFLS,at least thats what I have for now, you can find them at Lowes, or you can mix daylight and warmlight CFLS together the more light the better keep them within 1-3" of the top of your plants,and LST them so you can keep the whole plant close to your lighting you want a temp between 70-80 and humidity between 55-60, but look the growfaq and other grow journals you'll find all the info you need

of get a florscent light they got one and get sunlight bulbs im using them for veging and got mine 4 feet tall flowering soon with my 430w hps lol i got a great setup

4x32 watts 4ft ones i got works great for vegging then swtch to hps for better results!!!!! stay away from heat....cuz heat will burn ur plants or make them dead really fasted.....

mosted ppl like to veg with 18/6 or 24 some do do what is best for you....

metal hailde r good for veg but u can bud as ppl do say but i said go hps.....
