Default are they ready for 12/12

Hello guys!

I have a few plants and i wondering how i have to understand
that they are ready for 12/12.

Also you can give me any advice are they look ok... or they need
something to get better.

whats that like 5-6 weeks? looks like they are prime for flower for an indoor grow to me. just my oppinion, my plants are smaller and i switched em to 12 12 the other day.

They are almost 8 weeks older.

Soo you thing they are big enough for 12/12?

Also what do you think about them... are they look like i give
them good madium for growing?

Also more one question.

As you can see on the picture... there is a leafs which is growing
between the older leafs... are they sometning normal?
