Default a short plant or just bent over?

you can tie it down so the side of the stem is exposed to the light source. or you can go 'SOG' or 'scrog it if you tie it down it will continue to grow, but it'll grow sideways not up so it'll stay short you can n=even bend it into an 'S' shape and it will grow that way too..
