I have an interesting question for you scientists out there!
Have you heard of a Anion Air-Purifying Lamp? Its a type of energy saving light bulb that emits 6400k light which is the right type for vegatative growth.Besides low cost full spectrum illumination this unique energy saving lamp creates a large quantity of negative ions (anion) to freshen the air and has other characteristics as belows:- Elimination of poisons: eliminate harmful airborne bacteria and virus, various poisonous volatilizing chemicals in the air (such as benzene, toluene, formaldehyde, ammonia etc). Elimination of smell: Eliminate various bad smells in the room. Dispelling smoke: Rapidly dispel the smoke in the air. - Long Life upto 8,000/10,000 hours long life 1-year guarantee. - Lasts upto 7 years, based on 3.5 hours maximum usage per day. - Energy efficient save upto 75% in energy costs. Phosphors Power enhance lumen efficiency and colour rendering. High light output. It sounds very impressive does'nt it but i need to know whether the negative ions will damage or affect plant growth in any way? If anyone can help me then post a reply please. Many Thanks |
