Default 10-13 light cycle?

What is this light cycle: Moving the plants to 10-13 hour light periods with "uninterrupted" darkness (no bright lights nearby)

How do you do it like 10 hours light on 13 hours like off? what about that extra hour what do you do then?

hah yea first of all u are mising one hour in there but 11-13 or 10-14 would be for flowering but every one does 12/12 u get the best of dark and light but anthing under 14 hours of light will force a plant to start produsing bud... some correct if i am wrong on that.

just stick with 12/12 man
