im not sure if youll really notice weight differences. i doubt it if the plant is actually "done" with swollen calyxes and whatnot.
but if the plant is getting done @ different speeds like lots of my outdoors do then its fine to cut parts of the plant that are done first.
Hell its a bitch to trim a bunch of outdoor plants all @ one time, and rushing gives you a shotty trim.
