Im new to the game and have a couple of questions:

I have 2 cuttings under my 400 w lamp, on a 18hr on 6 off timer.
1 of my plants seems to be growing but the other isnt.
I know its only been 5 days but i would have thought they would have done the same amount of growth. Why is this?

Also whats the recommend distance from the plant to the lamp?

seriously .. get some fluos .. i bought like tube ones in hydro shop

not the home depot sucky fluos
but seems u only have 1 plants and dont need that light like i do since i use all the lenght of the light and get maybe 25 plants under it
get some clf
make it grow big
then use ur hps 400W
ur wasting so much energy
for 1 plant

wow that is a hell of a runt, maybe the cutting didnt root well or something. i really dunno i dont have much clone experience yet. something is surely up though. good luck with it. 400w on 2 plants should have em growin like mad. the other looks pretty good
