my plants are all looking healthy, except for my retard.

she's got healthy green leaves, perky new top level leaves, but for some reason everything below the top level or two is just really droopy. any ideas on why?

and for my other plants, my bottom level leaves are turning yellow, should i just pinch them off or let them stay and die?

Wow, really need to know other variables like water, nutrients, light.
Droopy leaves: over water? are you watering one a day or more?
under water? is soil dry
Yellow leaves: first guess, over water 2nd under fertilized.

I never pinch my leaves off if it leaves, why mess with it? If I break my arm and the doctor wants to cut it off...the doc and I will have issues.
Unless they pull gently off (or crumble dryly) I don't mess with them. they might get good and healthy someday after you read about what is wrong with your plant and take action to correct it.

watering twice a week - once a week with fox farm grow big at half strength(because of the miracle grow)

9 CFL daylight bulbs on an 18/6 schedule
I'm in week 6 of veg now and about 12-15 inches tall and bushy.

my other plants all look great, this one is just droopy on the bottom leaves, not the top.

badjuju how many plants do u have under those lights?

do you have a canopy that's obstructing light from the bottom levels? if so, try a little LST and spread her out. if the droopy portions are really low, pull them off anyway. try using them for clones. that's what I do for really low branches preflower.

3 plants, and its all in a homebox grow room...so its all glossy white inside so i get real good reflection all around.

i just can't find any info on here anywhere when the lower portion droops and the top is up and perky.

post a picture. that would help a ton.

what is your air circulation like? need exsaust at least, inflow as a bonus.

here are some pics. the one alone is the problem plant, the other 2 are just my other plants for comparison purposes.

there are 4 ventilation slits with flaps(a pretty big size too) around the bottom. I've got a fan on the outside oscilating so it blows in from one entire side. I dont have any exhaust but the airflow is real good on the inside and there are plenty of ventilation spots for exhaust to flow out.
I'm actually going to be putting a small fan inside for exhaust blowing into a home made carbon filter soon for smell soon too.
