I have a cousin who is 30. He has built houses since he was 15, and is as handy as can be. Fixes stuff for me alot, and id just a handy man. Well, he decided he wants to grow weed...so he built a nice little grow room in his cellar, set up good exhaust, put in like 20 cfl's......a decent set up. Then he proceeded to cover every wall surface with WHITE DUCK TAPE, because he said it is the most reflective material there is........anyone else ever heard this?? I always thought it went folyon, mylar, elastomeric paint, flat white......and if you go lower than this it is a waste, because the savings do not outweight the light and heat reflectivity loss. I tried to tell him......oh well. Maybe he'll get some super STICKY buds.

well white duct tape seems like it could be pretty reflective but I think for what he spent on the duct tape and the amount of heat it will probly build up mylar woulda been a better idea...but hey who knows right? I doubt it will really hurt the plants or anything and it probably looks kinda cool...maybe? let us know how it turns out though....
