should i put my hydro-plants on 12-hour after 2 months from germination? And if i do how many pounds would i be short compared to say a 3-4 month wait??

Also when should i start seeing buds because i my plants are 1 month old and i dont see anything

its totally up to you when to flower, base it on your height restrictions. your plants will at least double in height when you force them to flower. as for how the yield will be effected, I'm not too sure.

do i have to wait until i see buds or when i make them flower that is when the buds show up?

buds show up after they start flowering... within 2 weeks you'll know if it's male or female, or hermie.

Whats up with you and LBS this, LB's that....stop with these silly ass questions that all relate back to how many pounds...you'll be lucky to cop a couple oz's. Do some reading. and learn to grow, then youll understand.
