Ok, so I got a plant that sprouted on March 21. That means that it's 12 days old from sprout. I've been paying close attention to it and it seems to be already showing signs of sex.

When is the earliest you guys have seen your plants start to show signs of sex? I'm sure it's possible to show some signs before flower, just not very dominant?

It has the two pistol looking things popping up from around the node. There's two on each side of the plant. I've looked at several pictures of what I need to be looking at and it looks like male and female both have those, except the male will eventually develop balls?

Sorry I don't have any pics. I'm going to be getting some as soon as I get my camera back.

Here is what it looks like, except much smaller due to the age of the plant.

Man thats early, I do see the white hairs and that usually means female, but 2 1/2 weeks seems early, but hey more power to ya and good luck. Here's a pic of my male

Exactly the same thing I thought. It does seem a bit early, but I do see somethan. Guess I'll have to see in a few more weeks when they develop better.

Yea, obviously that would be the ideal way to do this, but I don't have a camera right now, so I'm just looking for some input. The plant looks exactly like that, but those hairs/pistols are much much smaller.



Really what I was asking is if plants can show sex this early in the game.
