Default Germinating in those Nirvana Germinating Pods?

Hey i just got my seeds from nirvana (11 days after order places, very impressed). I was going to use the paper towel method for germination but decided to use those germinating pods from nirvana, as well as some rockwool cubes. Is this a good method? I have a light on them? Let me kno if this is a bad way to do it. Ive heard the best way to germinate is in the dark, but then in seemorebuds book he germinates in rockwool under a light. Whats your guys opinions?

I like the paper towel method. Kept in the dark till the seed cracks then put into a starter plug under light.
