usually at night or when it gets dark

i move my 3 sprouts 2 the grow room under the lights and fan

but during the day ive been moveing them 2 the window

2 suck up some of them Uv's...nebody use this method

NO.........my growroom is in the basement....

yeah i do this sometimes. but instead of taking them into the grow room, i leave them in there for the dark cycle(nighttime)

I use natural sunlight when i can for my seedlings nothing wrong with that as long as your window is getting a good amount of sun. good luck with your grow. peace n chronic for all.

only put em in the window when the sun is beaming on the ledges

never used it and i dont want to try it, why cause the plants stress, enough light in the grow room has been working for me. i have herd of people putting them in the sun for the last 2 weeks before harvest.
