some seeds i want to buy say this Flowering Weeks: 7/9
what does that mean will i have bud in 7 to 9 weeks or what let me know thanks im a newbie.

yeah, that means that when you switch to flowering light cycle, it will be somewhere between 7 and 9 weeks that they will be ready to chop.

7/9 weeks meens that it will take about 7/9 weeks once to start to kick them to harvest

Flowering is when the plant will start to produce bud. In veg it will just grow stems and leaves, but no bud.
