Default Question about putting clones in soil

I have some clones that i put in a rock wool cube and now have roots. I was wondering how far should i bury the rockwool cube in the soil that im going to use.

Sounds like a good way to get stem rot to me.

Just bury the rockwool cube and cover the top of it with your soil. Keep a fan blowing GENTLY across the seedlings to strenthen the stems. If its good enough for Mother Nature, its good enough for us.
