please help with BioCanna line

Hey guys,

I am going to start my first grow as soon as I have everything figured it out.
I bought all 4 of the biocanna line from Amsterdam and had them shipped over to where I am from since we do not have grow shops with these types of nutrients here.
As soon as I oped the box to read the labels on the back it turned out to be in Dutch, a language i do not understand.
So I do not know if I need to mix the nutes with water before watering, and can I mix different nutes together with water?
Can anyone with the biocanna line please post me a picture of the back in English of if anyone can walk me through using the nutrients since I have never grown before.
