lst? also clone question pics

okay so my seedling wernt doing so good a few days ago but now seem to be doing fine new leaf growth was coming out normal not burned anymore so i decided to bend them over did i do it rite one was already staked so all i had to do was unstake it and it just leaned over should i have waited till i was in my final pot also i go this clone it hasent looked to good since ive got ti person i got it from says ithey always looks like that it did have some roos just dont know how much ive tried keeping it under the dome to help it purk up but nothing yet so i put it under my light what should i do
