I followed a video step by step and made some killer hash last month using 4 ounces of shitty mids, i guess i had 7 grams of golden kif and i forgot to weigh it right away but it was problably like 5-6 grams of hash im guessing, it looked exactly like a peice of gum....
i didnt break up the buds completely, im sure i could have gotten more. im still not clear on one thing though; are these "trimmings" that they talk about just the leaves and stems from the plant they were growing, or buds like i used?
im asking cuz i've been saving and freezing everything i've cut from the plant in 3 months, i have alot, can i used this stuff?

No stems if you have a bag. your leaves and lil buds are what you use. You can git sum grass and do it like you did but grind it up first you will git more hash.

anything but sticks. i found fan leaves aren't really worth the effort and can make my hash taste dirty.

You can use anything that has THC resin crystals on it, because that's basically all you're doing - sieving off the THC glands and pressing them into a block of hash. Stems don't have any, any leaves close to the bud sites will though.
