there is a sale on right now at canadian tire, a ballast already to plug in and comes with 2 T8 sunlight bulbs, would that be a good buy to put with my 6 45W=150W CFL's, or wouldent make a diff. i have done reserch on these, but cant really find n e good help from google????

50 watts a square foot is ideal. If you need more light, buy it.
