Bought Bubble Bags.. Now what?
Does it matter the type of water & ice I use? I got my 5 5 gallon bubble bags in the mail & want to run to the store to get the other supplys but dont know what exactly to get for the process since its my first time.

there are a few ways to do it. no the water dosnt matter. in water hash you 220 bag is your work bag. I like to use 2 5 gallon buckets. 1 to work in then the other for the last 4 bags. add half ice then trim. more ice then add water let sit for 10 min. use a small paint mixer on a drill. mix for 10-15 min. let sit for 15min. pull work bag drain water. Place bag somewhere clean. dump water in the other 5 gallon bucket with bags. Place work bag back in empty bucket. sperate product bags and shake till you get your ball of hash. let dry on a plate. do this to each bag. dump remaining water back in work bag. add some ice. mix for 5-10 min and repeat. keep the first and secound runs different 2nd run will be more green. i like the 72 micron the best for me.
and then there is dry ice hash (keff) i use a bucket place product in it add dry ice and let sit a few min. then shake for about 2-4 min. place in my 160 bag shake over a large mixing bowl. arm gets tired i put back in bucket. let bag dry out and do it 1 more time. all done.
also its best to use dry trim and shake. even with the water hash. good luck

I have been making hash for a long time and using Matt's method has given me the best results by far! It's not that hard!

once you try it with dry ice, you will never dick around with water and ice again....EVER
I bought some bubble bags a while back, and I still haven't made any ice water hash. It looks fairly difficult to do and quite time consuming. And from what I have read and watched on youtube is that using the proper technique makes all the difference in the amount that you yield and the quality of the finished product. I ended up using some dry ice and a coffee can. Put the weed in the can with the dry ice and shook the shit out of it over a mirror, and WALA! I had a shit load of kief in a matter of minutes that is ready to smoke. I also have a glass tube to make BHO too, but I still want to try the ice water extraction way. I heard that it tastes better than any other way that you can make hash, but I haven't ever had the chance to smoke any. Hash doesn't seem to show it's face around my way. It never has either. The only way for me to get it is to make it myself. I just don't like the fact that you lose so much weight turning the flowers into hash that I don't think it justifies making it in the long run. Now if you are just using the trim to make it then it makes complete sense.
