hi
im new to this forum and have recently started growing my own seeds , i have been told by a mate that seeds from parrot food are weed seeds i planted some mung seeds out of it , i have left it like a week and a half and the flower has started sprouting and two spear shaped leaves are coming out of the soil im wondering is this actually weed or am i wasting my time ?

wasting your time! weed seeds only come from WEED....

yeah...in USA they haven't put hemp seed in bird seed in the better part of 30 years....although way back they did....thus explaining all the roadside shit pot I see every time I go thru Iowa..LOL...I picked some once.....YUK!!!
