Auto's 12/12 18/6 /24/0

forums; Ok I know people say the more light the better.. but what if the light is 400 watts on 24/0 ...

    Ok I know people say the more light the better.. but what if the light is 400 watts on 24/0 vs 1000 on 12/12 the 12/12 would have more watts if the lights were identical so which would be better? and wtf is wrong with RIU

    I just finished growing Autos Afgan Ryder Kush and I used 24/7 got over 40z from 3 plants Afgan Rydert Kush. My advice 24/7 400 watts. Yes and what the fuck happened to RIU did they change their format?

    Thanks the for response.. ok so fine.. 400 all day is better than 1000.. now what about spectrum..? I have two rooms one has a 400 watt induction light mostly blue hues.. and one with 1000 hps 200 watt LED.. does the plant not need the red durning flowering? should I switch the plant as though it was a regular plant from one room to the other and help with the flowering? what lights did you use for your grow? and if RIU changed the format they need to change it back its alot worse IMO
