plants SHOULD..............SHOULD be about 2x the size of the base of the pot
I have plants in 3- 25 gals. pots....... and I get what I say above.
Hello, I am doing my first grow outdoors with two plants in 5 gal buckets. My question is, is a 5 gal bucket big enough for the entire grow? Would there be any benefit to transplanting to a bigger pot? Bigger plant is about 2 feet high still vegging. I have heard conflicting answers to this question so I wanted to hear some more opinions. Thanks!

There is no argument about pot size increasing plant size. If it were me i'd either plant in the ground or use a VERY large pot
go big or go home bro. i tp from 5g to 20g a few weeks ago n they r grown great now. check my results. i wish i cooda went straight in ground lol.

Nice grow dave! I think I will transplant into bigger pots. It does kinda seem like my plant grew really fast to about 2 feet, then kinda chilled out in size. It still is pumping out new branches and leaves like crazy though. Fresno, those pics are nuts! Since I'm a noob and more concerned about an easy high yield harvest i might just transplant
