Ima newbie!

Hello i have a few questions.. im growing some plants outdoors and im just wondering if they are ready to be flowered, they have white hairs and orange hairs growing they are very small though. Also im growing them outdoors so im wondering if its okay to start the 12 12 lighting by bringin them indoors while they sleep and if a green light 13 watt is okay to use in the flowering room.

This is a joke right? They are already flowering outside. Just leave them. Green light is actually the only spectrum that doesn't effect photoperiod @ all...
