Default Jumpstarting lowryder grow with CFLS, how much light per plant

gonna grow around 6-9 lowberry (lowryder+blueberry strain) plants outdoors gona jumpstart first few wk(s) with CFLS how many watts per plant ?
REMEMBER im only jumpstarting the first 1-3 wks so its not for a full grow

yea I know as many as I can get would be good, but i only plan on jumpstarting them inside for ONLY 2 weeks and they are dwarf plants, I dont want to spend too much money on lights as im doing an outdoor grow, would like a 26watt cfl per plant be good for about 7 plants(this is just for 2weeks remember)

im gonna do the same thing just with some misty plants. im thinking of doing 6 or 7 plants and was going to use about 8 26 watt cfls just to get em started. so i think one per plant would be good but ill let you know when i start them out (could be awhile but im gonna try to start asap).
