How many plants do I need to harvest?

So far I have one and I got a picture of it too..



But I added a bit more dirt to it, and Its grown more since yesturday..

Its about a inch from the rim off the cup now..

I have no fans or anything either.. Im poor and on a budget (reason why im growing and not buying )

I leave it on my widow ledge everyday and it gets at least 6hrs of light, and after that, i Put it in the bottom of my enertainment center (aprox 1 sq ft)
lined with tin foil and has a lava lamp for light.. I cant afford a light either..


But its almost spring time and ill be planting it out side some where secre
and just wanna no whats the chance of getting a female, and How much more plants do i need?

And one more question, Whats a clone??

And I can afford to by weed since i smoke almost 3-7 times a week...

I wont tell you what TO do, but Ill tell you what your doing wrong, and why you wont get much harvest right now....

always wanna have at least 2 or 3 more than you expect to keep in case you dont get all females, or incase something happens to one of em and it dies off..

looks like your using backyard dirt.. :smh: not good unless you balance out the ph and get it tamed so you can have proper drainage..i dont see any perlite, worm castings or anything else that would suggest that you would have a healthy grow..
your dirt looks pretty bad, and quite frankly im suprised you havent seen any mold or bugs..keep in mind that those bugs that turn into little balls when you touch them are a TERRIBLE ENEMY of MJ
that quote in itself is a pretty good enough reason as to why this will be a failure to you..no fan, your gonna have weak stems,and your plants are gonna fall over, if they grow at all, no ferts your gonna have a lot of dried up yellow leaves and it wont yield much bud bcuz it will sacrifice growth for survival..meaning it wont grow bcuz its trying to survive without any nutes, or without the right living conditions

well, you'll need at least 16 hrs of light to get a decent vegetative growth, and 6 hrs of sun wont do much at all, neither will your lava lamp, you need a light that has more of a blue spectrum to it to encourage growth..but it needs to be CONSTANT, uninterrupted light, like a fluorescent bulb, or a cFL

if the bad dirt dont get to it, the critters certainly will..if that dont get it then the lack of ferts, and living condition will
its a 50/50 chance its gonna be a female..and like i said you need to plan at least 2 or 3 more plants than your actually gonna keep


a clone is exactly what it sounds like..you have a female plant called a mother plant and you cut a branch off of it, dip it in rooting hormone , give it the right living conditions and in about 2 weeks you have a clone that has the exact same genes as the mother..so if the mother is crappy then her daughters or clones will be crappy but if the mother is good smoke, then all her clonse will be a good smoke too

you need to read more info, watch more videos and then maybe you will have an IDEA of what to do...right now you just dont have the knowledge or money that it takes to grow so you need to hold off a while kid

I saw a video I found some where in the forums, its the guy that was all green and talked about velcro black doors and shit..

I literaly don't have that much room, nor that much money...

I thought about growing in a fish tank and goto walmart for some cheap $5 fans..

I get those little bugs that roll into a ball here in Texas. What can be done to defend my plants from them. I am growing outdoors this spring. I plan to have 5 White Widow and 5 Early Misty. Thanks for any advice.
