I know these sort of questions are asked all the time, but around how many plants could a 250 watt CFL grow bulb be used for?

ENVIROLITE 250W GROW LAMP 6400 VEG on eBay, also Hydroponics, Plants Seeds Bulbs, Garden Plants, Home Garden (end time 02-Mar-08 22:16:17 GMT)

Im hoping 5-8??

ANd how much difference would you think there is between the 200 watt and 250 watt, i mean plant wise?
