the basic home rig up

4 plants .. for your space and light ..

trash the tinfoil .. white paint is better or maylor (just 1-2 meters =10£ can do .. at the sides .. wher the lamp make the brightest spot ..

biggest flaw I see in your set up and sumthing you WILL need to spend 100£ give or take .. is a ventilation and carbon filter ..

will do 3 things for you ..

1.) will keep temps down in your small space with your 600W HPS

2.) will provide your plants with fresh air/co2 circulation

3.) will keep the odour (and it WILL ! stink near the end) in side the grow room

gutted the foil will have to come down iv done a good job sticking all that up haha will i only need the carbon filter later on when it starts budding?
for now what ventilation do i need? should i put fans with air coming in from outside the room and 1 blowing air out or fans inside to let the air circulate

to get more in details ...

hot air move up .. so you need to make a 100mm or 125mm hole (depending on the ventilation you choose) at the top of your room ther you will mount your ventilation .. so it pull the air out of your grow room .. you will add the filter on it so it have to pull the air through the activ carbon smell dont escap the grow room ..

in the bottom ... opposite side you make a intake .. passiv is ok .. but if you have any possibility of running a tube to outside/intake ventilation over your window it will be even better)

you make it so the room have a slight under/negativ presure .. so all the air going out pass the filter ..

and yes a fan in the room will also be a good idea (I have two .. one a foot away for my HPS pointet on it to cool it down and remove hot air)

I dont know what you like to smoke .. but I would suggest you to grow some small Indica plants .. kush maybe .. master kush or LSD maybe .. schould be easy strains for beginners and nice smoke .. do some research .. a lot of grow shops in the UK .. I got my 600W HPS from basementlightning.UK

yep .. if money is low .. you could start with just the ventilation .. and get the filter next month/when they begin to smell to much ..
in your small room (I reccon it is to ceiling ?) the smallest 100mm (4 inch) canal ventilation would be enough Im sure

100mm 187M3/hr ..cost 50£ at my local "Walmart" did the job ok ... but my room is like twise your size so now I have a new 125mm 285M3/hr running .. as it is hot now ... had temps in my appartment on 24C so in the grow room it was 30+ had to do sumthing .. need 25-30C

il order some ventilation now off ebay can 1 of you 2 tell me what to order. the rooms about 2.5 meters tall so can place an outlet on the top of it.
