got silica gels in my bean stash are 3 packs enough? hoping the rainy season stops so the humidity will be 40-60%

try this... Seal it inside ziploc bags... get a 5gal tub fill with sand 1/3 rd then add bags of beans.. then add more sand add cool water to the sand
this is a method preppers use for their storage

Freezer? I hear you'll more than likely lose a few beans just by the nature of the freezing process, but the majority should be fine, maybe all of them, and they'll stay good for awhile. I wanna point out I've never done it myself though, all heresy.

how about blast freezing? anyone tried? it prevents water crystals inside the product to form ima make me a diy ice box with a running pc fan inside, filled with dry ice. same concept as blast freezing, then transfer them beans to the coldest part of the freezer beside the fan perhaps.. but the prob is we open the freezer once in a while to get ice and stuff damn i think im effed up
