It is, it just doesn't sound like a whole lot of light.

humidity is 75 and above it goes up to 90.

I would think yes, as long as you keep in mind its area limitations. If you flower with a light that small, your yields will be measured in grams, not ounces.

You'll have to have someone who grows with them tell you. I stopped flowering with fluoros 11 years ago. They are the minor league of flowering lights, no offense to anyone who uses them that way.

T5 is great and produce next to no heat (I runn 6 tubes ... 49W each .. 27900 Lumens and they produce allmost no heat . can keep the plants 2-4 inches away with no problems .. actualy 1 inch .. but plants seems to like 2-4 more ..

but 8W will not give you many Lumens .. light more or less have to be right on top of your plants to actualy provide enough light .. so it will be 1/10 of your plants that get light .. and way to littel light for flowering .. need atlest 3K lumens per sq ft. in Veg and 5-10K in flowering ..

if high temps and humidity is your problem and you realy want to grow .. you need to get the right stuff .. specialy sumthing to keep humidity down .. 90% is a killer in flowering (I dont like my 40-50%)

and high temps is`t good either .. 29C is max .. I runn 32C sumtimes .. end of my 12/12 under 600W HPS but its seems ok ..

    but never over 35C never .. 26-29C is best I belive ..

so what you might want to invest most money in is a small climate systems that also can regulate humidity .. that would be a good investment Im sure .. then you can runn what ever you like .. and dont have to worry about temp/humidity and smell if you lead the tubeings out side ..

but try with some T5HO and see .. did`t make my temps go up much .. maybe 1-2C in the room over a day ..
