just because there curled over dosent mean nothing alot of times they stand right back up sometime mine will even yellow then they make a good come back give it time bub

I'm using a rooting hormone powder, but cant seem to get dialed in. And I know I should be using rockwool or some other medium, but I know people who use 100% perlite and have great results......

should I give it more air?

Give them a little more time. You should also trim off most of the leaves so the plant will concentrate it's energy to making new roots.

the 5 before this one, the stems turned brown, and all of the leaf's fell off

okay ill tell you what i do i dip in my jell insert into soil then set it on a semi sunny window sill not direct sun i dont even use a humidity dome just spray them till i see roots then throw them under the light never fails for me

I use cfl's, I cant use my window sill, I live on the bottom floor of an apartment building.......

then use your light just dont put i to close will do the same thing make sure your temps dont get to high also
