400watt mh is to powerful for any buds under 5inch tall? Can i use a 400watt light from seed until flowering and switch to my 400watt super HpS?

Should i make soil around plant all wet when i water or do i just wet base of the stem?

If i use Black Gold for a soil and i add my nutes witch are FoxFarm - Tiger Bloom 2-8-4 and FoxFarm- Grow Big 6-4-4. at 1/4 what the bottle says.

Do i Ph test water before or after i add nutes?

Has any one herd the term "Sea of Green"? and if so hould you help me make a setup?
