What are the best lights to use ?

Depends on type of grow, location, available space, ventillation, budget, etc.
I blew all my money on 2, 600W and 1, 400w MH/HPS combos, glad I did.

just normal houshold bulps will be fine .. tho you will need like 40,000 of em if you want to grow a fild of weed and with that you need like 100 big ventilators to cool it down .. with carbon filters ..
I reccon you woul need to spend sumthing like 1 mill £ not including seeds of course

I use a 400 cost about 130 but moving up to a 1k on next grow

I use 6 tube 49W T5HO 6500K/2700K for Veg. and a 600W HPS (2100K Philips) for flowering ..
it all depense .. fist ask yourelf what you need .. what space and options you might have and what kind of money/time your ready to use ..
then find the light .. ventilation .. filter .. fans .. timers .. wireing .. soild .. pots aso. aso. that fit that grow ..
you want a small stelth PC with 1-2 autos ? or 4 plants in a closed to feed your own needs ? or a room with 1-2 1K HPS/MH and grow for "your friends" aswell .. or a barn/out hous and grow enough to export to Mexico ?
